Building administration

The office handles keys, parking, billing and general questions. Reach them at admin@example.com or on 0256 123 456, weekdays from 9am to 5pm.

Maintenance and repairs

Report anything broken in a shared space through the office or the pinboard. For problems inside your own home, the office can recommend approved contractors.

Security

The front gate is staffed in the evenings. For non-urgent concerns such as a propped door or an unfamiliar vehicle, call the gate on 0256 876 543.

Emergencies

For fire, medical or police emergencies, call 112. Then let the building administration know so they can help responders reach you.
