How do I book the party room?

Fill out the booking form on the community website at least two weeks ahead. A refundable deposit of 100 RON covers any cleaning or damage and comes back after the room is checked.

What is the Wi-Fi password for common areas?

The shared Wi-Fi in the lobby, gym and roof terrace is open to residents. The current password is printed on the noticeboard and changes each quarter.

How do I report a problem?

For shared spaces, message the office or post on the pinboard with a photo if you can. For anything urgent or unsafe, call the numbers on the contacts page.

Can I put up a notice?

Yes. Use the pinboard rather than taping notices to walls or lifts. It reaches more people and keeps the corridors clear.
