How is an active member defined?
A user is considered an active member during a billing cycle if they engage with your community on Pinitto in one of the following ways:
A. They contribute directly by creating / updating entities (resources, posts, discussions and others)
B. They demonstrate consistent interest by returning to the community in at least three distinct sessions. A new session is considered a visit after a period of inactivity, ensuring we measure sustained interest, not just consecutive clicks
How is my monthly bill calculated?
We believe you should only pay for the value you actually receive. Your bill automatically scales based on your monthly active members. This ensures you never pay for inactive users and keeps your costs optimised during quieter months.
What happens when my community grows beyond 250 members?
As your community approaches this limit, you will receive a notification to discuss the options for a custom plan. We ensure a smooth transition, without service interruptions for your members.
The flexible plan is intended for communities with up to 250 members. For groups that exceed this limit, the tailored plan removes the user cap and offers the option to add features designed for large organisations, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), audit logs, or dedicated support.
How are visits from the weekly digest counted?
A visit that starts from a digest link counts as a session for that member, the same as a visit from anywhere else. The digest is simply one of the ways a member comes back to the community.
A single click will not change the bill. A member is only counted as active after three sessions in a billing period, or after making a contribution, so the occasional visit from an email stays free.
