This page explains the rules for using Pinitto, including payments and the risks of mobility activities or borrowing items.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pinitto platform and its associated services ("Service"). This is a binding agreement between you (or the community you represent) and Mnemoly Community S.R.L.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to certain features of the Service requires an active subscription. All payments and subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
Active Member definition. For plans based on usage, an "Active Member" is a Registered User who, within the applicable Billing Cycle, meets at least one of the following criteria:
A "Qualifying Session" is a period of interaction with the Platform of any duration. A new session is recorded only after a meaningful period of inactivity.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. The default billing cycle is monthly. Pinitto sends a renewal reminder email before each renewal so the community payer knows what to expect. Reminders can be disabled in billing settings.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds and right of withdrawal. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund period for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This policy also serves as your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union. To request a refund, contact us via our refund page within the platform.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any data, text, information and content you post or create within the Service. You agree not to:
Content ownership. The community, and by extension its members, retain ownership of the content they create on the Service. You grant Pinitto a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute this content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Pinitto acts as a neutral information aggregator, providing the utilitarian means for community members to interact. We are not a party to any agreements or transactions made between users. Pinitto does not organize, vet or endorse any user-generated content, shared items or mobility activities. We are not involved in disputes between users and are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your interactions with other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including gross negligence, intent or personal injury), Pinitto's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by the Customer to Pinitto in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Mobility feature lets members coordinate shared activities, including carpools, walks, jogs and cycling. By using it, you agree to the following terms:
The lending and borrowing of physical items via the Resources feature carries inherent risks. By using this feature, you explicitly agree to the following terms:
Notice and action mechanism. In compliance with the DSA, you can report content you believe is illegal by using the "Report" button associated with the content. Provide a substantiated explanation for why you believe the content is illegal. We will confirm receipt and review your notice in a timely manner.
Statement of reasons. If we remove content or suspend an account, we will provide the affected user with a clear "statement of reasons" explaining our decision, referencing the relevant clause in these Terms.
Single point of contact. For communications related to the Digital Services Act, contact our designated single point of contact for authorities and users at contact [at] pinitto [dot] com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any illegal activities. For most violations, we will issue one warning before terminating your account. No second warning will be provided. Severe violations may result in immediate termination without warning.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. These Terms are published in English and Romanian. In case of conflict between the two versions, the Romanian version controls.
For consumers in Romania, the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) operates an alternative dispute resolution scheme at anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. You may use it to resolve disputes with Pinitto out of court, although we prefer that you contact us first.
